Villa Lucia is one of the most attractive buildings from the turn of the century, which is situated in the absolute center of the city only 300 meters far from the world-famous Lake Thermal hévíz. Thanks to its excellent location you can find whithin walking distance, about 30 meters,  the shops, restaurants, bars on the mediterranean-style walking street and the City grand parking. Furthermore whithin 50 meters you can also find hotel Palace, hotel Carbona and hotel Europa Fit. The building was built in 1928 so it reflects authentically the atmosphere of the old time’s bathing city. It was fully renovated in 2015 preserving its original characteristic features but in the meantime we tried to keep pace with the developing world and evolved the apartments in a way that they can meet the demands of nowadays.
